I encourage you to watch this clip from Len Sweet (& TWOTP). I didn’t want to do a text post on this topic.
This could spark some great discussion.
I love creativity, art, music, film, and photography. I believe we claim all things back for the glory of God. May we not see secular & spiritual genres. May we see all art forms used to tell His story. Our story. With that being said, in our churches; are we distracted by “cool”, trends, and hipsterness… while all along missing Jesus?

I’m not sure I would say that we’re missing Jesus in our churches. He is the center, or should be the very center.
I would say that if we’re not careful, we could program Jesus out of our worship services. He is abrasive to some that aren’t used to raw and harsh truths. Make sense?
