Like many, one of my favorite things when flying is the view above all the clouds. Last week when flying back home from Orlando I shot this from my phone. It was about 8:50p. Well after the sun had set on the ground, it was still in progress from 30,000 feet.

“Climb up on some hill at sunrise. Everybody needs perspective once in a while, and you’ll find it there.” -Sagendorph
It’s always a reminder of perspective. From the ground or in the middle of a circumstance, we may only see what we find ourselves in the middle of… but from above, there is a bigger, greater, and more hopeful perspective.

Very nicely put! We all need to appreciate the broader perspective in our lives.

Great reminder! I’ll be thinking of this as I climb in the Alps later today. :) Hiking to a cave where the Waldensians hid from Catholic church persecution and were later martyred on the peak behind the Forterroca Center.
