I just returned from a Winter retreat this weekend with my band. While I know now what its like to be on the other side of these things, I have to say I couldn’t help but think of you and the guys this weekend.
We had 3 kids come to us after a set with a lot of questions, we invited them back to the room and talked for almost 2 hours about worship, life, God, school, etc. It was some of the most fun we had the entire time.
Today while we were packing up, one of their leaders came up to us and thanked us for spending so much time with them. I looked at Tom and we just smiled knowing full well that when we were their age, we were SO ANNOYING to any and every band that existed.
To make a long story medium length, I just want to say thanks to you. The short times that we had together on those retreats went a long way for guys like us and now being on the other side, we understand a lot better.

Michele, I heard that tour was a great one. Good things.
Matt, those kinds of hangs were some of my fave things though. Thanks for the note bro. Means a lot. Carry it on. Halla if you around the 615 here.
