2. Do you “use” people, or cultivate people?
3. Do you direct people, or develop people?
4. Do you criticize, or encourage?
5. Do you shun or seek out the person with a special need or problem?

AWESOME POINTS MAN! Much for people in all leadership roles to chew on.
For the visual though, I would have chosen to use the marathon runner or butterfly coming out of its cocoon image from your library of inspirational imagery over the water ripples. Those are WAY played out! LOL
