10 BEST CITIES IN THE USA?
June 4th, 2008
These cities were ranked the top 10 cities to live in the U.S. (says CityRating.com)… I put my thought next to each since I have spent time in each of them.
Houston, TX (no way, have you been there?)
Austin, TX (agree. a great city)
San Diego, CA (agree. amazing)
New York, NY (agree. of course)
Denver, CO (agree. wow)
Charlotte, NC (nope. haha)
Los Angeles, CA (agree. if you can get past the “plastics”)
Seattle, WA (agree. yes please, but hold the rain)
Atlanta, GA (agree. traffic is nuts, but they now have H&M)
Chicago, IL (agree. maybe 1/2 of the year)

Houston?!!! What?! I don’t get LA either.
Where’s Portland on that list? Should be the top.
im from houston. i think its great. BUT, it is def. not one of the 10 best cities in the nation.
agreed with brody, it seems odd that portland isn’t on the list. i’ve seen it as #1 on several others. good to see denver up there though, i lived in colorado a year ago and loved it
Seriously, Atlanta is great :)
Personally, I am shocked that TULSA didn’t make the list. I think I’m going to write a letter…
(Kidding aside)
Denver would be my #1. Or San Diego. I enjoy having four seasons, so Denver is a bit more desirable. And my best friend lives there. :)
i have to agree with all the portland love. seriously. I love LA, but the traffic is worse than ATL.
joel, there are parts to h-town that are cool, i know… but… :-)
thanks for chatting peeps.
There’s a lot to do in and around LA.
Atlanta is way too humid. But it is a nice city.
I love San Diego.
I love Denver. (sunnier than San Diego!)
I passionately love Chicago, New York, and Seattle.
I didn’t enjoy the three days I spent in Houston.
What’s wrong with Charlotte?
Don’t know anything about Austin.
